Coming from a dancing background, movement has always been a part of my daily life - helping me feel the strongest, most confident, and connected in both body and mind.

Specialising in Mat Pilates, Barre, and functional strength, my classes are designed to lengthen and strengthen your body, while creating creative, seamless flows that challenge you from start to finish.

Expect good tunes, big burns, and that post-Pilates endorphin rush that leaves you sweaty, energised, and ready to take on the day.
